Just finished a 6 day fast. It’s easy for me to keep going when I’ve already tasted for 3 days but the first day is always the hardest part for me.
Any tips on how to get started?
The day before my fast I do liquid only with coffee, tea, juice and milk (all the goodies along with water) and for dinner I have pureed soup (same one I start refeed with), it’s like pre-fasting or a soft transition. For myself, the “punishment” of not fasting is enough to make me fast, so keeping my reason for fasting at the forefront of my mind works well for me.
