When doing OMAD, how many calories are you aiming to have? Do you have any go to meals? Thanks!
I did OMAD for 18 months and ate whatever I felt like. Sometimes this would be a salad, a stir fry or a Domino’s pizza. Depends what you are doing it for - regardless you should use TDEE calculator and get a rough calorie ballpark based on your goals, stats and activity level
Since I’m eating only once a day I try to make it nutritious! Crispy skin-on salmon with salad or veggies is my fave, and I just try to rotate my protein and greens day by day for variety and nutrition. I dont have a particular calorie goal, just eat a healthy meal til I’m comfortably full.
