Going back on a 72hr fast - what exercises can I do?

I don’t own a car, so I walk twice a day to get to work and get home, usually for an hour each time. Can I do that or should I be doing more extensive workouts? I’m thinking of doing 72s every week.

Like miss bunny said, if you’re trying to lose weight, I think that should suffice. Especially if at work you’re on your feet for most of the time. If you’re trying to build muscle, add some calisthenics to your routine maybe in the morning or at night. Simple things like push-ups, pull-ups, etc to slowly develop those muscles and strength

Id say do what your body can do. Ive been fasting did just over a hour bike ride to work and ran 45 mins befor work just to ride over a hour back. Kept myself hydrated and drank a couple electrolyte mixes inbetween but felt perfectly fine. Was also working out at the end of a 30 day fast. Was a bit sluggish but kept up with the electrolyte consumption and salt and never got dizzy or anything. Kinda crazy how at the end of week 2 through week 3 how much energy you have.
