I decided to go for keto and if to get out of this plateau. Any helpful tips? I’ve been watching a lot of this guy lately -
I belong to dietdoctor.com, for a small monthly fee. Everything you’d want to know about keto, including hundreds of recipes, videos about intermittent fasting, keto and LCHF (low carb, high fat), and videos by real doctors on the science behind each. They also have keto meal recipes for no cook or very quick cooking. Some of their content is free, but I liked it so much I subscribed.
