Hey, I’m on a 36 hour fast right now! Get your vitamins and if you’re feeling weak, put some salt in the palm of your hand and lick it. When I get the rumblies, I take a shot of apple cider vinegar. If that doesn’t work, I go hard on drinking water and hot tea. I also downloaded the app, “Zero”. It truly helps to see your progress visually.
I do have to say the hardest part of my fast is between 5-8 when I’m used to eating on OMAD. During those times, I take a nice, relaxing, hot bath and watch Tiktoks for a distraction.

if you are fasting for fat loss:
sunday: eat as you normally would throughout the day, finish at night with dinner; maintenance calories.
monday: skip this entire day to be in a 100% calorie deficit.
tuesday: eat breakfast, eat as you normally would throughout the day, maintenance calories.
its closer to 36 hours, but skipping a day guarantees you will whack down a large amount of calories in stored fat, provided you dont overeat before or after.
