I’ve never done a fast for spiritual reasons, but here we are! I don’t have a timeframe (longest fast I ever did was 72 hours)
I kinda just want to see how long I can do it for.
How exciting! Best of luck to you. Just make sure to know how to end your fast well hand how to properly refeed. Poor refeeding after 4 days can prove fatal so it is really important. Fasting is great for spiritual cleanse as i feel there is a shift in your mind becoming more tuned during that time. It IS good to let others know so they dont tgink you’re weird for avoiding them haha. But with spiritual cleanse like christian one its important to replace mealtimes with prayer/devotion because otherwise its just dieting haha.
