Don’t discount broth. Chicken, beef, or vegetable, doesn’t matter too much, mince up some carrots, celery, onions, chives, dill, etc. Keep it light but nutritious.

I did 47:1 all January without a 2nd thought - my first perfect month since starting a year ago.. but since a dropout due to family gatherings last week, I have been struggling to get back in groove.
