Going to start IF—again

I fell off my 8 month IF streak August 2021 when I became pregnant. Now that we are wrapping up breastfeeding, I am beyond ready to get back to it! I don’t remember how I got started and dealt with the hunger/headaches in the beginning, any tips? Thanks!

What was your routine before (once you got into the groove)? 18:6? ADF? OMAD? low carb? Did you track your calories/macros?

You could start slowly (12:12, then 14:10, etc), or try a “fat fast” to jump start things. Limiting carbs can help with hunger. For headaches: hydrate, a pinch of salt/electrolytes, eat nutritious foods, and eat enough fat may help ease things. That, and remind yourself it will pass in a week or two.
