Okay so enough is enough I’m sick of the way I look and feel, I’m 129kg and 179cm tall, I was wondering if anyone had any tips and what are some good things to eat during your eating window?

Definitely do IF. See if you can narrow the window from 16:8 to 18:6 or even 20:4. As far as diet, it is really a list of what not to eat. Avoid bread, sugar, any kind of processed food, alcohol insofar as you can. Also, make this a way of life, not something you’re going to stop once you reach a “goal weight”. It’s tough going the first few weeks, but I promise it gets better.

Some tricks I do I take six glucomann capsules with soda water it makes me feel very full and I do not feel hungry. I do this a couple of times a day outside of my eating window.these capsules are purely fibre made from konjac root and there are 0 cal in them. I am doing 23 1/2 fast to 1/2 hour eating window now . I eat a normal meal (such as today I had 2 chicken and black bean burritos followed by a protein drink)

about two hours later I take vitamins and calcium pill because I am an old granny and six more glucomann capsules with soda water

I find it very very easy. I set an alarm on my phone every day for 12 noon and I do not eat anything except black tea soda water and the aforementioned capsules before The bell rings. And then I eat for about half an hour .I really don’t feel hungry until slightly before noon and then it is easy to wait for the alarm on the phone .

Don’t overdo it at first. Even 3 days a week is fine for weight lifting and it would be best if you did any full body routine at first. The more important thing is that you need to do cardio at least 5-6 times a week. Heart is the most important muscle to train and so are your joints. Just by walking/swimming/riding a bike every day for at least 30-40m you should be fine. Just remember to not go too hard at gym at first because you’ll only get discouraged if you overdo it.
