Haven’t a clue why people are knocking your perfectly fine breakfast. Good quality eggs are nutrient dense, oats have their own pad of benefits and would give carbs for the whole session. You get 20 odd grams of protein (more if your using milk), carbs would vary but if I’m honest, I don’t think you always need to be having carbs just to workout.Do what works for you. Doesn’t really matter what others think (yes this even includes what I said). I’ve had workouts fasted where I performed wayyy better than fed and I’ve had the opposite. I’d suggest that your overall diet is more important than the reliance around the workout.
I’d add (or replace) the eggs with seeds (in the porridge, chia, flax and sesame), and roasted almonds and nuts
Some cooked beans (black ones on toast, ore classic tomato ones) too, for extra fuel if needed for the gym
