Egg whites are insanely high protein and low in calories. Like, 50 calories worth has 10g protein. That’s a hell of a lot of volume too. And you can throw in some veggies and season them and it’s a solid meal. You could pair it with some fruit, toast, nuts, etc. depending on the other macros you want. Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are also high protein, and good to pair with fruit. Protein smoothies paired with something solid to keep you satiated.
For dinners I’d recommend seafood like shrimp, tuna, and salmon. Canned tuna or salmon paired with a salad or other veggies are really quick and easy. Chicken or Turkey sausage (without a bun if you’re watching carbs) are pretty good. The kind I get is 80 cal and 13g protein per link, so you could have a few, and paired with veggies would be a pretty filling meal.
