I am 5lbs away from being in the overweight category! I’m so excited :) I have lost 14lbs over these last 4.5 weeks. I have not been as strict as I would like but I have listened to my body and been fasting comfortably. My goal is still 60 hours. Instead of waiting and watching every minute until I could eat I went to 65 hours today.
I have recently had a blood test to find out levels of different nutrients in my body. So far everything was in the middle looking great.
It was nice to see my mom today. She was gushing over how much weight I lost. It made me feel good because I feel my progress is not noticeable yet.
The feeling of missing out on the social aspect of life is still hard but becoming manageable. I’m more forgiving of myself as I am better about fasting consistently.

This is the lowest so far. Now I’ve been here before but that means new lows tomorrow Thursday Friday and Saturday!!!!!
I’m so excited to think I may break into the 240s. Haven’t been there in probably 7 years. My lowest recorded weight since college was 242.5 and I feel so close!
