I started with 12 hrs fast for now because I got really fat eating at night. It’s like I have a system for getting fat now, eat before bed. And it did it! It made me at my heaviest. Yesterday at 8 pm I set my zero app to start fast and at 9 pm I find myself in the kitchen pouring peanuts in a bowl. Then it occurred to me, Good God! You are fasting!!!!
One thing that helped me was to brush my teeth immediately after my last meal. I have lousy teeth (although IF is helping with that :)) and I have to go through a long process to brush my teeth so I don’t want to have to repeat it.
