Good Routine for Fat Loss

Hello everyone! Currently I’m jumping back into dry fasting/extended water fasting and would like help building a solid fasting routine focused on purely fat loss and muscle preservation. Would 72hr dry refeed or 48hr dry refeed work best for losing 20lbs of pure fat paired with working out? Would love help in building a plan!

Whatever you can do consistently. I love doing AT LEAST 23 hour fasts. If I go longer that’s fine but I always make sure to do at least OMAD because this is what I can do consistently. Plus this gives you the energy to workout because it can make you thirsty.

If you don’t find something to stick to consistently then it’s all for naught, do what you think is best for you. Good luck on your journey!
