Good Sources of Fiber

I saw this guy on the internet claiming to have 100g of fiber a day. I am curious as to how this could even be achievable. I know about Chia seeds but even then, one serving is only 10g.

Milled flaxseed, chickpeas, black beans, broccoli, sweet potato with the skin, raspberries, apples, oatmeal, popcorn, avocados, and quinoa are very rich options.

You could easily hit over 100 grams of fiber with the foods that I listed. I think 100 grams is overkill though.

However that seems hard unless you’re vegetarian or vegan. I was barely able to sneak any meat into that. Plus without the supplement protein powder that has a bunch of fiber you’d end up eating a lot of fruit or a lot of veggies.

I typically get about 110g a day, so it is possible, but you have to be on quite a high calorie diet. Things like beans, wheat bran, oats, milled flaxseed, fruits, vegetables, etc provide a lot of fibre if you eat a wide variety of these fibre rich foods
