First of all if your fasting your blood sugar will be relatively low. Secondly, the sugar content will be so low in a single drop of blood, from a person in a fasted state, that if you measured it, you would get away saying there is zero sugar present as it will just be too insignificant a number. Forget about it. Sucking a drop of blood would not break your fast.
