Got used to OMAD very quickly despite struggling before - anyone else?

Just curious if anyone else has experienced this as I found another thread like this previously (pasted below) and I find it really strange and interesting. I’ve done IF before several times, and recall struggling somewhat with 16/8 and cutting down to 20/4 was a nightmare of watching the clock to eat.

I recently just went straight to OMAD and have been doing it no problem for about a week. No real hunger at all. For added context I’m 6’1” and 245lbs and I’m pretty much eating whatever I want early evenings as long as it’s under 1700 calories or so (even huge Taco Bell meals). Anyone else experience this or know what’s up? Not complaining I guess :)

I think it might be the mental part of it. You know sooner or later throughout the day, you’ll get a big satisfying meal. Requires less planning than 20:4/18:8 etc. Also removes the thought of having a window, when its just a big meal. Been in the same thoughts recently.. :)
