I just noticed grapes have fat content. Where is the fat coming from?
Almost all food should contain all three macronutrients.Meat that’s extremely fresh will have carbohydrates (even if it’s from the store it’ll have carbs).
Fruit should contain a trace of fat somewhere, even if it’s just the seed or the skin layer.
He’ll even eggs have carbohydrates at a minute amount.
Nuts have protein (although it’s a laughable amount).
The reason varies from animal to plants, but an easy way to think of it is that there’s a variety of interaction between fats, carbs, proteins and alcohol so they usually have to work together.
Lots of fruits have some fats. There’s nothing wrong there. We all need carbs, fats, and proteins for a healthy diet.
“The recommended daily allowance of macronutrients for the average adult is 45 to 65 grams of carbohydrates, 10 to 30 grams of protein, 25 to 35 grams of fat and 21 to 31 grams of fiber daily.”
