I’ve been trying fasting and this time I’m trying supplementing my electrolytes
The ingredients on this “no salt” are “Potassium Salt”, “potassium bitartrate”, among a few other ingredients
Does anyone know if this is fine to get my potassium from? I’ve heard other people say “potassium bicarbonate”, but does it matter?
Depends on what “among a few other ingredients” means. Can you post the label?
It may have maltodextrin or something as an anti-caking agent, which might have some very small impact, probably not something that you would ever notice but not fully metabolically neutral.
Edit:. If it’s this, it’s totally fine: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Great-Value-No-Salt-Sodium-Free-Salt-Alternative-11-oz/21738546
