Great value (Walmart brand) no salt?

I've been trying fasting and this time I'm trying supplementing my electrolytes The ingredients on this "no salt" are "Potassium Salt", "potassium bitartrate", among a few other ingredients Does anyone know if this is fine to get my potassium from? I've heard other people say "potassium bicarbonate", but does it matter?

Answer

Depends on what “among a few other ingredients” means. Can you post the label?

It may have maltodextrin or something as an anti-caking agent, which might have some very small impact, probably not something that you would ever notice but not fully metabolically neutral.

Edit:. If it’s this, it’s totally fine: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Great-Value-No-Salt-Sodium-Free-Salt-Alternative-11-oz/21738546
