I think there is still value? Whole food sources are always better. But, something is better than nothing. I’ve used low-sodium vegetable juice and powder in the past. Again, I think it depends on goals. I’d be interested to hear what others say!

Answer

Im not sure what veg powder you mean, but I know that matcha powder has a lot of chlorophyll. (i think this applies for any grene powders tho, but I just know that matcha has a high concentration of it). Chlorophyll is actually really healthy for you, it can be used as a detox: skin care/acne treatment, weight loss, relieving constipation and gassines. it can get expensive tho.

Edit: its a yay for me

Answer

Supplementing your diet with green powders is absolutely worth it - as long as the powders aren’t full of sugar or fillers. You live a busy life and can’t always eat everything you should. Filling in the gaps with protein powders, green powders, and other vitamin supplements work really well!

Be careful with the pre-made green drinks at the grocery store though, those are full of sugar. Go the powder route.

I recommend Prestige Labs for high quality!
