As someone who can’t stand the taste of black coffee and loves green tea, this is probably not a combination for everyone but I love the taste of it. Keeps me awake and feeling good without all the gas and jitters as well.
It seems weird to some people, but I always put matcha in my water and drink it cold. The only time I ever drink plain water is at the gym and that’s only because I don’t want to have to clean matcha out of the crevices of my yeti.
