How much of a healthy option is this? I added the ranch for a little flavor but How much damage would the sauce do if I’m trying to lose weight?
If you get low fat ranch not much honestly. A grilled chicken breast depending on how thick it is could be at most 200 calories. Add in a good low carb tortilla and that brings it up to 300-360 calories. Spinach has next to no calories in it. Even if the ranch was full fat you’re looking at maybe 100 to 150 calories per tablespoon. So the entire lunch would be around 500 to 560 calories just spitballing. So overall I think it’s fine.
