Gut recovery?

Have been working my way up to longer fasts over time, and most recently about 5 days ago did 36 hours, but since this fast I’ve ended up with (excuse the crudeness) the shits. It’s been pouring out of me. No matter what I consume is sliding right out in a few hours at most and asside from using a bath plug to solve the issue I’ve tried anything probiotic I can get my hands on in case this. Yoghurts, pills, you name it. Nothing is working for me. Does anyone have any idea what might have caused this and how to put an end to my 24/7 Usain Bolt-esque sprints to the bathroom? Fasting=liquid shit. Not the same for everybody but if you going to “eat” only liquids and so little food, then expect this as an outcome. Not always happening but a lot of us have this same experience. I guess it is a more common side effect.
