Work slowly. I started at 16:8. The. 18:6 the next week. Then slowly started added hours every week or so. Started in April and just completed by first 116 hour fast. Slowly seems to really help me adjust as I only had water and black tea since Monday. Felt like I could go a few more days. No supplements. No dizziness. Might not be Everytime. But I really feel like the slow progress helped my body adjust. When I’m not trying extended fasting I’ll do a 1,2 or 3 days fast to keep going. Or. Just like an 18 or 20 hour.
