I am much better focused before I eat. I tend to get drowsy after lunch if I eat then. When I am in a fasted state general feel better, am more alert, and have an easier time maintaining focus….. but food is so tasty….

Been eating one meal every day for 5 years and during those years my body was still adapting/withdrawing from the 20+ years of eating like shit so you have to let your body get used to it but usually have my meal around dinner time always energized to the max before eating, food just brings my energy levels down/focus so def better to eat later in the day after you get a good day of work done like mr wellness said food should be a reward. Time window of 1-2 hours every day is the ultimate short fast and cure for inflammation from my experience

I usually ate around 8-10:30 PM, and I was pretty focused throughout the day. I was usually less focused if I ate early or during lunch. Plus, I enjoyed eating that late because it felt like reward for a hard day’s work.

I am typically less focused after eating. I eat at around 2-3. I’m fine until then but after 3 i feel sluggish for a couple hours then I’m back to normal. One item of note, i am also carnivore so I’m not getting a carb hit after i eat.

I do OMAD most days and eat between 6 & 8pm with a 30 min or 2 hour window.

I have the hardest time at 10 am if I had more than 40g-50g carbs the night before.

If it’s really hard, I have a dirty coffee, get back to work and typically forget about food until 5 or so.

I get 4 keto chef prepared meals delivered per week so I have 3 hard days and 4 easy ones per week.
