I personally, don’t see this as being particularly useful. A handful is never going to be accurate for anything. Handful of raisins, are they all the same size?
Handful of rice, did you drop any?
Chicken breast, water content, etc.
If we aren’t weighing the food the best you’re going to get is tablespoon and Teaspoon measurements and even then. The same issue can occur.
I’d just learn how many calories per food source and then make a consistent amount for that group? Seems easy if you’re somebody reluctant to track, but if you can do this by hand method or whatever and it’s getting you somewhere then go nuts.
