I do OMAD every time, and I recently decided to start extended fasting(48 and 72 hours), and I could only sleep for 4 to 5 hours max. Does anyone have a similar experience?
It’s pretty common. One suggestion is to supplement with Magnesium Bis-Glycinate. Not that you need the magnesium for a fast that’s only lasting 2-3 days, but anecdotal reports are that it helps achieve deeper sleep.

It’s really inevitable, you can supplement magnesium, take sleep sups, but at the end of the day your still going to sleep like crap. Just accept it, try your best to cope and get the most sleep you can. Goodluck brother, keep going!
