In other words, most people who do a 7-day fast have experience with 3-5 day fasts beforehand. But has anyone just “jumped” into a 7-day fast?
I’m currently on day 11 of a 21 day fast. I wasn’t really fasting before. I was doing IF during the work week, but my meals were large and packed with carbs. The day before my fast started was college football Saturday. I snacked all day, eating chips and queso, a medium frozen pizza, and two packs of Ramen noodles.
I struggled a bit at first, but it’s going well now. I have some stress in my life that is keeping my mind off food. Last Saturday was a bit rough, due to all of the food commercials they show during football.
Before this, I have tried fasting up to 96 hours, but that was over 2 years ago.
do you mean specifically here or just in general because surely someone has. Heck even if you just consider the guy that fasted for like a year or something suddenly.
if you’d like, try it after research & preparation. that guy had docs that helped him thru so if you think you need, set something up.
