I have. It’s doable, but depends on the person I think. Right now I add OMAD on Wednesday for dinner with the family and I found it makes the process incredibly easy. Again, this will vary from person to person I think. Resembles a rolling 72 with an extra eating day on the weekend. Kicked things off at the beginning of the year with a 7 day water fast then rolled into this. Down to 229 from 248 as of today. Good luck!
I’ve had great success with this.
Sunday 12 pm - Friday 12 pm fasting period.
Then I have 48 hour feeding window.
Some weeks I cannot complete for whatever reason, I’ll get 48-72 hours then break fast. I will then finish the week fasting til 12pm Friday. My self discipline is good recently so completing 120 hours is doable regularly.
Good thing is when you revert back to OMAD or every 48 hours it seems much easier to complete these.
If you do 5 days, be very very careful with refeeding. I learned the hard way a few times, it can be dangerous if you are not smart about it. I have a refeeding routine that will allows to fully enjoy a Saturday night whatever goes treat.
