Answer

Just do a dry fast, 24 to 36 hours or so with no water at all. It’s close to the equivalent of 72+ hours of fat loss from a water fast. Break it with water first, drinking slowly for a few hours and then you can eat again, but stay away from carbs for at least the first few days if you do eat them normally.

Answer

I have done the water flush 10+ years ago, way before I know what’s fasting.

It’s not for losing a quick few lbs, it’s for getting ready for a show or something like that. And it’s only good for that one moment, you gain the water right back the next day.

I was cutting for a meet, dropped my weight to 140 lbs. On the day of the water flush, I dropped my weight to 135lbs. The next day start drinking again and gained my weight right back to 140.

Now that I know how to do dry fast, I think if you can do it, dry fast for 2-3 days, you get much better results. And you actually get health benefit by dry fasting to lose water weight than doing a traditional water flush.

I can lose 10 lbs in 3 days dry fasting, and you feel a lot better during the process.
