Have been fasting for a few months and have started having this problem recently, am wondering if it’s related to fasting.
OMAD (29/f) I take two magnesium pills every night before bed and throughout the day I drink Lyte show with my water. Cramps use to be a big problem for me but not anymore with this regiment.
Often get this when starting out a fat loss program, especially keto/low carb.
For years didn’t know why, but found out last year it can be related to water loss (especially pronounced with low carb) as when you dump the water it takes salts (e.g. potassium) with it
