Has anyone gone a week while maintaining cardio?

I did a week once with only walking. It was incredibly tiring and my body felt pretty weak. I would walk almost 10 miles out of boredom.

This time I’m looking to incorporate running and burpees, maybe even split up between the two in a day. A one mile run with an uphill sprint in the morning, and 100 burpees in the evening.

How can I maintain this without feeling weak?

Answer

I fast 3-4 days a week every week for the last 2.5 years. I’ve worked out fasting many times. If your body is used to switching fuel sources on the fly, you’ll have no problem. If you are newer to fasting you may feel depleted of energy faster, and may feel cold. First time for me I was freezing cold in the summer..had to take a hot bath…what it boils down to is your mental resilience, and getting your body use to it…I’m 42 hours into my current fast and I did a hard 2 mile bike ride in the woods, dry fasting so no water…after i soaked in ice water 20 minutes…make sure you touch the ground barefoot at some point each day it helps the bodies electrical system, after you been fasting for sometime you can feel energy entering your body from the ground…If you are new start slow, and build your way up.
