Yeah, dizziness that’s about it. But other than that I loss 100 pounds the first time and the second time I loss 80 pounds this time around with fasting 23:1. But the dizziness go away when you get used to fasting
I intermittently fast every weekday but was in too high of calorie deficit that I was thrown way off, even with drinking plenty of water. Learning to keep the electrolytes on point the hard way. Also, weirdly couldn’t sleep more than 5 hours a night for almost two months, then crashed and had to take a week off work go get back right by basically forcing myself to eat and add drink electrolytes to my water.
