Edit: I know smoking is bad for you, dumb fucks. The question was whether it makes it harder to fast. Obviously quitting smoking and losing weight is better. Losing weight, quitting smoking, and working out would be even better…. Thanks to all that contributed with legit answers and not just worthless reddit noise.

But for real, losing weight while smoking should theoretically be easier because nicotine is an appetite suppressant. Terrible long-term strategy though.
