I am currently doing 24 hrs fast every other day, that makes it three times a week, and doing 16 hrs on the next day. So my question is that, has anyone lost any weight while following this type of routine?
As long as your weekly calories is at a deficit you’ll lose weight. And it’s gonna be extremely difficult to not have a weekly deficit if you’re alternate fasting. Don’t stuff your face with donuts on your eating days and you’ll lose weight.
