What? That’s the best way! I usually load with carbs and sugar. Typically start dry fasting after a binge. It makes it tougher like people say but it’s more rewarding and you loose all the stores from the meal stupid fast. I think it’s the best way. Give yourself a nice reward before the …torture. 😅😆

I eat higher carbs before my weekly 42h dry fasts. I do it precisely to train my metabolic flexibility. Meaning that when there are carbs in, my system should be able to handle them fine. When there are no more, my system should handle fat just as fine, be it dietary fats or body fat. And I should not feel any discomfort. If I do, then it means I am not adapted enough, so I should train my system better to get there.

That’s my mindset behind that idea. And so far it has worked well.
