I’ve been looking for a good electrolyte powder to use for longer fasts that I’m about to start doing. It’s zero carbs, zero calories and that have tons of different flavors. I wanted opinions on it from you guys before I purchase.
Yes. I liked it well enough, but I find much more success getting “no salt” for potassium and just having each electrolyte individually.
Sometimes I need a lot more sodium than potassium, and vice versa. When the salt water stops tasting good, you’ve had enough. Same for potassium water. Pre mixed never gives me the same sense of being fully quenched.
