has anyone tried the fat girl diet?

it involves keto omad 1000-1500 cal per day, and cole says you’ll lose minimum 20, max 50 (?!) lbs per month?

i am wondering if this is physically possible. also wondering if rolling 48s will “fuck your metabolism” as he warns in the vid and why that would be 🤔

my original fasting plan was rolling 48s with ~800 cal keto reefeds, but obviously want to do what is most efficient

Cole is onto something with fasting and especially snake juice but he doesn’t have the medical or scientific knowledge to give this kind of advice. This is why he changes his approach all the time. The problem is every individual is different with different underlying health issues and hormonal imbalances. One size doesn’t fit all. Follow Jason Fung.

This is exactly what I’ve been doing for the last few weeks but I was unaware it had that name 🤣

Generally I have around 1000 calories per day but have done two 48 hour fasts in that time also. Going to attempt a 72 hour fast in a few days.

I gain weight if I eat 1500 cals a day no matter OMAD or not. Let alone lose 20 lbs. For me to lose 20 lbs, i need to do 48 rolling with 500-700cal refeeds (7500 cal/month. Far from a full 1500 cal OMAD. (45000cal/month) A HUGE difference imo.

It’s possible to lose that much if you’re morbidly obese and have a crap ton of water retention . Otherwise no. Cico is math. So if you maintain on 1500 and only eat 1000 you’re gonna burn one lb a week: math is power
