“Bodybio E-lyte” mix to supplement electrolytes?
How was your experience with it? Do you recommend it?

I haven’t heard of that brand, but these are a great option for EF’s. I like that is has 6 of the major electrolytes and has b vitamins which are important for refeeding. I used it on a successful 7 day fast earlier this month.
