Really noticed a huge difference around day 4 tbh.
i had terrible acne and it really helped. Reset my gut basically. Eventually I found taking HCL with every meal has helped the most but I’m still planning on beating my 6 day record.
It’s helped my HS a lot, NSFW it’s a skin condition where boils develop and scar on the legs. Almost 3 months into a pretty consistent fasting schedule (rolling 48/72 hr fasts) my flair-ups have decreased considerably. Not gone, but much better.
My skin improved too. Even just doing 48 hour fasts improved my skin. I do OMAD with weekly 72 hour fasts and I rarely have any break outs. The pores on my cheeks look smaller I swear it looks like the dark circles I’ve always had around my eyes are lightening.
