Hate baking soda. Is sodium, potassium, and magnesium enough?

I just can’t do the baking soda so I have been mixing up one teaspoon of pink salt and one teaspoon of potassium in 2L and then supplementing magnesium by capsules. I drink the entire 2 liters daily. Not active because I have a knee injury.

Is this enough or should I be boosting the proportions?

I have pH strips to monitor my urine.

Answer

Most people who say they hate baking soda are using old baking soda/ a crap brand or simply too much of it.

I’d suggest u try finding a fresh quality brand first and reducing the amount of baking soda u use.

that being said, ur free to leave it out if u want.
