Answer

You haven’t been in a calorie deficit for 2 months. If your weight is staying neutral (no change) you’ve been eating at maintenance calories. Are you tracking your food intake. Even if you did 23:1 fasting (23 hours fast, 1 hour eating window), if you overeat your daily calories in the 1 hour (difficult, but not impossible) you’d still gain weight. Fasting is just a tool to make it easier to maintain a caloric deficit, if you’re not losing , you’re not in a deficit.

Answer

Weigh and measure all your food. In my experience, most people underestimate how many calories they are actually eating. Use a calorie calculator to determine how many calories you can eat to lose weight. Then eat that number of calories but you may have to adjust to fit you personally. Calculate as if you are sedentary then don’t add back in calories for any exercise. But do exercise especially while fasting.

Answer

Agree on the calories and working out. I’m 34F 5’9” SW 186, CW 180. I’ve only been at it 2 weeks, but I eat 1100-1200 calories a day between 11am-7pm. I eat 400 calories at 11, 200 calories at 2pm, 400 calories for dinner at 5pm, and another 200 before 7. Also 20-30 minutes of exercise each day.
