Having to eat once a day but still want to be toned

Hey guys like the title says I eat once a day but my body isn’t what I wanted to be. Im a 24F and 5’3.

Now before you guys all say well obviously just eat more and then you could be more toned. well the problem is that I don’t have a kitchen so I eat out every day for the past year already because my landlord doesn’t let me use the kitchen so I’m trying to save up to move out. He rents just his room to my boyfriend and I.

I love my body. I want to start posting on Instagram more and be able to look back at old pictures of myself to admire.

I have no idea how I should be eating if I eat once a day; only take out. I weight 123 lbs. I totally want abs, but i feel like i am Sacrificing to having a phat bootay 😏🍑

Anything can be a weight. Grab something that weighs about 8-10 pounds and start holding it while you do different kinds of crunches. Planks are amazing, and check out You Tube for Pilates for abs. Then do just what Jury says—salad (veggies) and protein.

And yeah, crappy landlord.
