Heading to bed, 60hrs completed come noon. What are your go to refeed options?

I may grab some sardines, scrambled egg and chicken breast. Hoping some more water weight I’ve collected comes off tomorrow before the refeed. The actual scale hasnt really budged compared to previous fasts.

Everyone’s different. I do OMAD and one 72 a month. When I refeed I literally load up to 2000 calories per sitting. My staples are red meats and potatoes and whole milk. I did have GI issues until I started my OMAD. My doc said fasting has lowered my hypertension blood pressure to healthy levels and cholesterol is down. I’ve lost a healthy 33#s in three months. 253 starting /current 220. I’m at a comfortable weight. I just didn’t think I would hit it that fast. I don’t workout just construction. The OMAD is actually giving me 2.5hrs extra pay a week also for not taking dinners. I’m really surprised but eating once a day eating 2000 calories I feel so energized in the day.
