Does anyone have any experience with homemade teas that they like that may provide similar health benefits?

I drink chamomile for it’s calming effect. Peppermint when I have an upset stomach. I’ve drank yarrow for PMS symptoms. Lemon for soothing my throat when I have a cold. Fennel just because I like the taste but it has many benefits too. I have a nephew who cleared up his acne by drinking a thermos of nettle tea every day, it’s good for your skin but has many other benefits as well. There are a vast amount of herbal teas with health benefits.

Answer

I grow my own lemon balm and lavender, which means they’re really easy to grow. I’ve combined them into a delicious, relaxing tea for bedtime. The scent of lavender is supposed to be calming, and people use lemon balm for anti-anxiety.
