Answer

Might depend on the type of gluten free wrap but whole wheat is likely better. Fiber is very important. In general it’s rarely recommended to avoid if you don’t have celiac. Portion control is what’s important. That’s easiest done by striking the right balance of calories, vegetables, protein, fiber, and water content.

Answer

It really depends on what the gluten free one is made of. Whole wheat will have a good bit of fiber, protein, and complex carbs. The gluten free one could be made out of a bunch of grains/nuts/seeds that provide similar or be primarily made out of refined, gluten free grains. Gluten free =/= better unless you have an intolerance or allergy.

Answer

Whole wheat will always be a better choice in terms of nutritional value. Gluten free only really matters for people who need to watch their blood sugar. If your blood tests are fine, gluten free doesn’t really provide much benefit. Gluten in itself is not bad, it’s where most of the protein comes from in wheat.

Answer

ig its the same more less depends what the gluten free wrap is made of but using wheat or oats for make it so one is wholewheat other is oat for gluten free it would be absolutely same if u dont have gluten intolerance, calories are around the same so are the health benefits, its matter of taste probably

Answer

Quality comes first.

Would suggest Piadinas. They’re an Italian flatbread that is basically a wrap. The ingredients should be wheat, olive oil, salt… and that’s it. They tend to be higher quality than the garbage wraps you find in store.
