Im on day 6 of 11 day dryfast. My heart rate is usually between 80-90 when im sitting. It jumps to 130-145 bpm when i suddenly stand up but it drops back to 120 bpm if i stay standing and sometime drops to 110. Is it ok? I don’t feel tired or fatigued maybe a little pressure on my chest. I’ve read dr Filinov book and he recommends breaking the fast if resting heart rate reached 120 bpm. My resting heart rate on my apple watch is 70 bpm. Does anyone here with experience have a similar experience or recommendation? I’ve a 6.5 days dry fast few months ago and i broke my fast because i was worried and thought its my first and better take it step by step
When I’m fasting just slight activity sometimes feels like a workout - my heart rate is increased and I need to breath more. Also having high heart rate variability is a sign of adaptability and good health
