Hello!

Is this a new sub? I love the idea of it, as I hate diets and the fasting sub is all men losing really fast. I simply don’t lose weight quickly, even on extended fasts.
I’ve been IF for over a year, currently fasting Sunday night to Wed lunch every week. I haven’t lost much because I eat so badly the rest of the time/drink too much wine but I love that IF cancels all this out! I’m looking to up my game a bit to get the weight loss moving so hopefully this sub can help me get there. Thanks for starting it!!!

I agree! It’s so hard to lose weight, even on keto, with IF, I have to eat one meal a day to just maintain a modest deficit. My TDEE is 1350, which makes cutting a challenge. I’d also like to know how much extended fasting is safe for me - one or two days? Is it okay for me to go longer? I haven’t been able to find anything conclusive on that.
