I focused on fixing my diet first. Sometimes we tend to take on too much. Trying to add exercise while changing a diet can be overwhelming, especially if this is your first time doing IF.
So if I were you, take the first month and get into a good IF routine. If you have a solid month, add some low impact cardio or some light weight work, whichever sounds good.
Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast. Do it right the first time and you’ll see results. I’m down 27 for the year.
Provided your thyroid levels are properly adjusted with medication, you should be able to lose weight. Do you have your thyroid levels checked regularly? Sometimes it takes some medication adjustment to achieve the correct levels.
