If you fasted every day, for 24 hours per day, you would eventually die. Of starvation.

If you did it without drinking water - you would only stand to speed up the process of dying.

Not sure how much weight you will lose - everyone is different.

Fasting without water is a terrible idea. When you fast, your fat cells are breaking down and releasing toxins and other byproducts into your bloodstream, that you want to flush out.

You especially want to flush out the ketones, which act like a biomarker. Ketones are formed when fat or muscle is broken down, one or the other I can’t remember. Anyway, when your ketones are high, it signals the body that too much weight is being lost and slows down the weight loss process. They start to build up if you don’t pee, that is why you want to drink a lot of plain water.

So, you mean a dry-fast. What’s your goal with that? Since you’ll be re-hydrating yourself this “weight” you lost will be packed back into your body…

I think what you want is to loose “fat” and not just “weight”. And there, fasting is just one component.

Instead of fasting without water for 24hrs,do what Muslim do in Fasting month,eat Sahur(or breakfast in the morning),then fast throughout the day and break your fast around late evening. You will be fasting around 10-12 hours dry fast(no water intake).
Dry-fasting 24 hours continuously gonna eventually lead to death of starvation and dehydration.The weight loss is substantial but mostly water weight(gained it all back during refeeding)

Some people tried water fast for 30 days and claimed weight loss around 30 to utmost 50lbs(claimed) but it is not recommended unless you under strict medical supervision.
IF and occasional extended fasting (water fasting for 48,72hr or extreme side more than 7 days) basically help reduce your total calorie intake in a month.

Regarding weight loss is differ by individual,some individual with higher body weight will lose more because they have higher basal metabolic rate(BMR),thus higher Total Daily Energy Expenditure(TDEE).

Example: I who have just started in Dec 2021,lose roughly around 22lbs in a month just because I have higher BMR and TDEE (3000kcal),adapting 16:8 and 18:6 in first week,then OMAD and occasional 48,72hrs fasting afterward.

Then the weight loss will gradually lessen as your body started to lower it metabolism to adapt to your current diet.
